List recent dream runs and their reports

Client-mode dreaming: submit your model's result POST

Validated against the job's output schema and applied under the safety rules: pinned and user-stated facts are never rewritten or removed, and at most max_changes are applied. Every change can be undone.

Start a dream now POST

Runs housekeeping (expired, stale, and duplicate facts; expired actions and KV) immediately. Then, in client mode, waits for you to fetch the job and submit your model's result; in server mode, runs the model here.
